This is a guided meditation is intended for those grieving the loss of a loved one. This practice incorporates breathwork and visualization to help aid the process of grieving. The release of sound is encouraged during breathing to let go within the body. The visualization element is of the person who has been lost, and a conversation with them is suggested. For some, this may be too soon. Use at your own discretion. Tears are welcomed as a beautiful healer.
