People for whom I am grateful
I am grateful for my parents. They are my biggest supporters, but they are not afraid to offer constructive criticism. This advice allows me to continue to improve myself.
Gratitude for a Friend
I have been fortunate to gain some friends through this wonderful app, Aura. While I am appreciative of all of friendships I have gained, there is one in particular that has blossomed to new heights. This friend, whom I’ll remain anonymous, is such a beautiful soul. Their smile brightens even the darkest skies. Their kindness reaches across endless skies. As I meditated on this beautiful friend of mine, my heart filled with warmth and a smile formed on my face. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, my dear friend! Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️
I noticed…
When I imagine that person in the forefront, I also bring the awareness to my heart chakra and see an image of them there. It’s almost like unlocking memories… times I noticed things but my brain just put it in storage for later… to notice in its right time. Like, a gaze. A kind word. A hug. However, the smile of this particular person for today is the one that makes me smile while meditating.
