As i was listening to this meditation, i was journaling. for myself this is a very efficient way of remaining in a mindful state!!

Positive energy shift.
Focusing on breath is important to me. This was a nice short but effective meditation. I felt a positive energy shift, great way to start my day and week- thank you! ❤️

I noticed that I have a nice little pause at the end of each inhale and exhale. I felt the rise and fall of my body in this space, and in this moment.
I learned that I do not have to always close my eyes to meditate. I love the “lowering the gaze”… a gaze you see in many depictions of Buddha.
