Simple
I don’t need to stress about wanting to get high. I just have to acknowledge that I am without the thing I have be with for so long and therefore it only natural to experience withdrawal Symptoms. I just need to remember that this to shall pass...right?? Regardless I cannot continue with things that way anymore. Time to try something new. Time to take a break from doing drugs . I want to act, look, feel, and think differently.

It felt good to breathe deeply and let go of doing. Thank you for reminding me of all that functions independent of my efforts everyday...all day long. For this I am grateful!🙏

What a great session on Allowing. Mainly focus on breathing and allowing the body to just do what it does without me thinking about it. I felt the stress release and allowed it to drip off me and not be a part of me any more. Ahhh.... ❤️😑🍀

It has been a busy morning. This meditation was a wonderful time out to just relax for a few moments. The main focus was on our body which is pretty miraculous on its own. The way our body continues to function on its own without any effort.

Effortless Existence
There is something to be appreciated abiut just being alive. That our body, soul and spirit are so connected that we do not have to make any choices to exist. Imagine. Having to make all of these choices. When to breathe. When to blink. When to digest. Our body does all of this for us. So that we can focus on things like our goals. The present moment. Our loved ones. How effortlessly we exist. That if we let go and slow down. We can recognize the perfectly timed, in sync processes that our body has to keep us safe. It knows what I need and when I need it. Why would I not do my best to keep my body at its optimum performance? Breathe in and trust in the process.

I wasn’t really into my meditation this time and I think I know exactly why my environment!! I’m at work one mediated at work before but at a different place this space is so open! Gonna try again either later on today or tomorrow. Better Luck next time

i have been feeling a bit anxious on a project that i am doing tomorrow, but this meditation reminded me that worrying and stressing does not do anything to help. instead i need to calm the mind and relax into it <3

i came onto aura because of a breakdown and two panic attacks that nearly led to me vomiting. this has helped me calm down to try and get to sleep peacefully, thank you.

it’s crazy to think that we are just living on our own. we don’t need to think about staying alive, we just exist, our bodies doing everything for us. i am grateful

Calmed down from a state of extremely heightened stress. My heart is not racing anymore and I don’t have so much tension in my neck and shoulders.
