Simple
I don’t need to stress about wanting to get high. I just have to acknowledge that I am without the thing I have be with for so long and therefore it only natural to experience withdrawal Symptoms. I just need to remember that this to shall pass...right?? Regardless I cannot continue with things that way anymore. Time to try something new. Time to take a break from doing drugs . I want to act, look, feel, and think differently.

What a great session on Allowing. Mainly focus on breathing and allowing the body to just do what it does without me thinking about it. I felt the stress release and allowed it to drip off me and not be a part of me any more. Ahhh.... ❤️😑🍀

It has been a busy morning. This meditation was a wonderful time out to just relax for a few moments. The main focus was on our body which is pretty miraculous on its own. The way our body continues to function on its own without any effort.
