Storms & Rainbows: Facing Your Fears

Yesterday, we explored ways to cultivate presence as a way to tune into our emotions, body sensations, and thoughts through the ‘smiling heart’ practice. Today we greet our last day of Winter, as the season begins to turn. Before we move into Spring, we must face our fears head-on with confidence and energy in a transformation meditation. You’ll learn how to safely dance with fear, take control, and harness its energy. All this with a little help from Pete the pig. Tomorrow we welcome Spring, our airy season, embracing it with earth as our balancing element, for grounding and stability.
