Heavy feeling
Whenever I do meditations lasting longer than 5 minutes I always feel Such a heaviness in my body that I can only relate to a recurring dream I had as a kid where I was in the form of a geometric sphere rolling around an abstract place. I always remember this with the heaviness in my body and to me it is strange.

Took me most of the meditation to actually become still. My body kept wanting to rock and sway. Arching my back slightly helped me find that balance.

So Calm
Matins has such a purity in her voice. I’ve been meditating with Aura for some time now and must say this is my favorite meditation. I woke with much anxiety and after this meditation I feel so much more calm and peaceful. Great meditation!
