Being a person of sensitivity to sounds of my surroundings, this gently narrative is very helpful and relaxing ,the voice and flow of the guidance do the trick for me.

I feel relaxed enough to nap, but my mind is still full. I think I'll repeat the meditation again in a moment to further ease my mind.

Just Listening
I never realized how sounds can affect thoughts. It is soothing and mentally gratifying to just listen to sounds and not think about them. Just listen. Be present. Breathe.

I noticed when I listened for “silence” my ears would start ringing, as if I were overthinking it. It still calmed me down though. A much needed break.
