It is funny because I listened to this practice in the morning after I got up. But I was having a very stressful morning and the full body relaxation was a wonderful start to my day. Alway remember to relax and let go.

For whatever reason, connecting with my body today was difficult. Sickness will hijack and pervade your body like that. Despite that, I still feel I'm more relaxed than I would be otherwise, and ultimately that's more powerful. We don't always get what we want our need in the here and now, but nurturing the drive to manifest peace for ourselves will ensure we get there eventually.

The best for me
Ive had 345 mindful days since I got this app last year. I play this specific practice if not every night I use the app, then every other time I use it. It is that relaxing comforting and mind shifting into sleep mode. Out of the hundreds of sleep practices I have listened to over the years this one is just the best.

I learned that it takes time to reduce your stress, but only when you calm and not that stressed about what has just happened to you or someone doesn’t like you anymore, you can still be able to make yourself not stressed anymore! I slept right through after listening to this. For weeks I have been waking up repeatedly all night. I can’t quite believe listening to a short meditation had such a big effect that I slept all night. I learned that this stuff really does work!
