I felted calm down when I went out to have time for myself and felted relaxed 😌 need that again sometime soon I hope.

Softening; Safe Space
I had lots of areas of soften such as my jaw and eyebrows. It was nice to check in prior to starting. My body actually responded to the safe space and fully held. I felt more relaxed.
