This was really relaxing but I just couldn’t quite let go enough to reach proper sleep - I would start to drift and outside noises would slip in around my headphones and just knock me slightly out of that space
Slept like, well, a baby!
Everything about this track was soothing and put me right to sleep. I really did sleep like a baby for a few hours, until my baby woke me up. :)

I listened and after a few minutes I could feel my body calm down. I didn’t fall asleep listening but shortly thereafter.

I tied this at 3:30am when I woke up. I was not able to reach full relaxation and fall back to sleep.
Living in the present
It’s all about living in the now. We are often preoccupied with the results ( the future) or the past and forget about enjoying the present which is really the most important thing. True joy comes from living in the present.
