Fresh, energized, calm, grounded, relaxed. I enjoyed this a lot as it was sorta hypnosis and then it was nice to check in with the muscles, big and small to release tension. Her voice is calming and resonates with me. Very relaxing.

Perfect experience !
As I pulled into my driveway, I felt a rush of exhaustion! Knowing that I still had more “chores” to take care of before hitting my pillow, I felt like taking a nap to ease my fatigue. This “Sleep Like A Baby” experience was exactly what I needed! “Slept” for 7 minutes (5 minutes less than what was I expecting) and am now recharged to finish up my responsibilities before calling it a night. Hands down, 5/5 STARS!!!
