This meditation really did make me feel sleepy and relaxed before I went to bed! I was really struggling to sleep and this really did help me fall asleep
Fresh, energized, calm, grounded, relaxed. I enjoyed this a lot as it was sorta hypnosis and then it was nice to check in with the muscles, big and small to release tension. Her voice is calming and resonates with me. Very relaxing.
I learned that it helps me relax when I meditate and pray. Combination of exercise has also helped.
Sleep like a baby
I like that this was short to focus on sleep preparation. Sometimes you just need a quick relaxation session to help you drift off.
I learned that I don’t have to focus on negative thoughts. I don’t have to worry because and focus on the future. Just enjoy my now.
