Ahhhh
I love this meditation. I think it is my favorite. I've liked yoga nidra for a while but they always want you lying on your back. I love that this mediation is still yoga nidra, but I don't feel like I sound be lying in a different way. Plus she has a soothing voice and I love the practice in general as well. Perfect bedtime meditation!

Her voice is so comforting and makes you feel instantly at ease. There’s no pressure to do anything but have an open mind 😌

Focus on resting rather than on sleeping
This meditation made me realize that sometimes it’s better to have the goal be to rest rather than to sleep. By looking at it that way it takes a lot of pressure off me which may actually lead to better sleep.

For a month and a half this is what I’ve been falling asleep to every night. Her voice is calming and it makes you feel very safe. I love how it focuses on rest rather than sleep, it really helps me relax and finally, fall asleep.
