Choose to change
I guess I'm not sure what I need to look for to decide a particular action needs to change

Do not allow the barriers to become permanent conditions in your mind. Find another way and swim like a shark

Conditioning
Am I conditioning my illness? ? I can condition myself to do things automatically. Without thought. I can train my brain. My brain is conditioned, not at all. Condition my brain to do something very small. Morning routine. Night routine.

Conditioning
This story taught I have been conditioned to believe certain things in my past doesn’t mean that I can’t change these beliefs going forward. It also doesn’t mean that and you give long-standing condition beliefs will necessarily serve me well in the future. By way of example, I went to a very competitive high school. In hindsight I believe the experience may have contributed at least partially to me setting l unrealistic standards for myself it has been A Journey learning to be easier on myself. Being aware of the facts conditioning May help to make this journey of self compassion a little bit easier. I am grateful for those who work with this app. Thank you for putting this track together, and making me aware of the effects of conditioning on my thoughts. I am also grateful for the community on this app thank you for taking the time to read this post. I hope everyone is OK, happy, and well.

Thank you for reminding me that often I am thinking that I have a barrier but it is not there. Change is possible

Shark
Thank you for reminding me that I am often held back by invisible barriers. Often I even put them there myself. So I need to move forward and gently test them
