I’m seriously learning about meditation because it helps me relax and calm my mind
I’m learning to let meditation just settle down with my mind and just let it rest and let go of the things that I’m thinking about over and over again like something that happened in past or something that happened in school it’s literally like a cluster of things like that I learned that when I meditate the negative things will zap right out of my mind and positive things come to my also when I meditate I learned that god’s grace is god’s way of saying thank you Margo for stopping by and seeing me today and I’m literally at peace again I love it
