I found that I was distracted by the environment around me (too warm). I also felt a little sad that I had trouble setting an intention for the day. It made the meditation seem less meaningful.

It's an incredible opportunity to take a few minutes and ask ourselves what we are trying to achieve and what's important today.

I can choose what my intention is for the day, and let go of things that will not serve a purpose in that intension. This meditation has quite long pauses (which I like). 🙏

I need to look beyond the daily tasks when setting my daily intentions. I really like the chime at the beginning and end of this one that helps serve a psychological purpose. This is one I will try to use frequently for setting morning intentions.

The high pitched sound at the very beginning COMPLETELY threw me off, and actually made me incredibly anxious. I had come to this meditation after completing 2 other ones on different channels immediately prior. I was relaxed and looking for a way to start my day more focused than usual. Instead, I'm back to feeling jittery.

Today I set the intention to enjoy working outside with my family. Enjoying fresh air, smells of dirt and growing plants and the feel of the sun on my face while doing outdoor chores together. Great day ahead!

Awesome meditation, that bell though....
I set intentions today to have gratitude for the people in my life who love and support me unconditionally; to accept myself (warts and all) and to let go of self-judgement; and to see my day through the filters of love and gratitude. I really liked this meditation, but the bell sound at the beginning and end was really loud and the pitch was jarring.

I can choose what I see during the day by choosing the filter of my attitude. I don’t like some days when I feel as though I made too many mistakes. Instead of dwelling on what doesn’t work, I will choose to look for any accomplishments, even the elimination of what doesn’t work via those moments formerly known as mistakes.

I have faith in God and give my day to Him. I know that everything happens for a reason. God will provide and take care of me. I choose to let go of anxiety and fear. Positive Vibes
This was an awesome meditation to begin my day! After the mindfulness bell rang, I began to become aware of my breathing. Each time my mind began to wander, I came back to my breath. I began to think of how I wanted to feel today. By thinking of how I wanted to feel, I set my intention that closely intertwined with how I wanted to feel. As I took a deep breath in, I felt cheerfulness pump into my heart space. By feeling cheerful, positivity began to spread throughout my body. As I exhaled, I let go of the one thing that would get in the way of my intention namely, negativity. By setting our intentions for the day ahead, we can consciously choose our filters rather than having them happen automatically! As Hannah said, “Knowing whatever we look for, we see more of”. Therefore, I will look for positivity in everything, in everyone and choose to see positivity as I go about my day! Sending positive vibes to everyone! 😁☮️❤️🙌🏻 💪 If you decide to listen, I suggest listening to the 7 minute version.

I loved breathing in my intention and what I needed to focus on and breathing out that which I needed to let go. I could ‘see’ what I wanted to bring in and what I didn’t.

What do I really want?
I struggle with this all the time- ask and ye shall receive, but what do I want to ask? I’ll start by intending for a good, productive, loving day and keep seeking. Namaste

Self confidence
My intention was self care to feel full to give my best for the week ahead. The moment I picked it, My mind immediately started reeling in all the past ways I’ve NOT exhibited self love and how it won’t be perfect and I could never get to a point where that comes naturally. This was shocking to me how much my brain and my SELF are not on the same page here. Let’s change that! So my intention is to have gratitude and praise for MYSELF, not just for things that happen or exist around me, but for every teeny tiny, medium, and large way that I contribute to the world around me. It may sound ridiculous to me to intentionally praise myself for having the experience of feeding my cats this morning, but noticing that everything we do, even what we would otherwise view as monotonous, is important and so am I.

My first time meditating my intentions for the day. I did not end my meditation when the guiding was complete bc I did not feel that I had clearly set my intention. I strive to always live with gratitude but today I set my intention to be present with my happiness within. I continued to repeat this intention as many times as it took for me to feel its impact.

Set Intentions For The Day Ahead
My intention today is to work on projects that I’m avoiding because of Imposter Syndrome or my health and disability. I’m able to wash the dishes before they get overwhelming. I don’t have to pull absolutely everything out of my closets at once, but I can organize these things in small bursts instead of making myself sick with overdoing it. I can write my journals today. One day at a time. I can draw something. Just one drawing. One chapter of guitar lessons. Just one thing at a time, one day at a time.
