I left this session with a greater appreciation of me. Too often the negative talk inside my head comes to the surface and it felt good to remind myself that it is okay to love and appreciate me. Just as I am. Perfectly imperfect

OUTSTANDING
I’d like to start using this often. I just tried it this morning and enjoyed it very much. I think if I start in the morning my thoughts about myself will be less negative and a have better outlook. I am very self critical and looking in the mirror is no different. Anyway, I look forward to doing more sessions of this and finding some more!
