Today we’ll continue our practice of self-kindness and heart awareness with a meditation on self-acceptance. We are our biggest critic and our negative self-talk can often give us a feeling of unworthiness or that we’re not complete just as we are. This negativity can block us from feeling comfortable in our skin, being at peace with the present moment, going for new opportunities, and taking risks in life.
