Wind Down
This session was excellent to wind down from a busy day and put you in the right state to fall asleep easily.
Body scan
Once again, in addition to feeling air, my hands were holding my cat, she weighed down on my chest, her fur was soft and she was warm under my fingers and on my sternum, her purr helping calm me along with the meditation. I think she loves the meditation experience as much as I do! ❤️
