Staying Power...
Tremendously powerful meditation!! Just what I needed, when I needed it (of course)! Resilience is what keeps the tree growing on the hillside of pure stone & the bush growing in the seemingly waterless desert. Resilience is what keeps the marathon athlete running after they “hit the wall” of fatigue & pure pain. Resilience is what keeps us going heartbreak after failure after letdown. Resilience is Staying Power & is a result of training our conscious minds to be non-judgmental observers of All events. To just be. Accepting. “This too shall pass” should be our motto when going through a detrimental (or beneficial) event. But all the while knowing it is for our long term growth. We just need to survive it a little bit longer and we will grow past it and be stronger because of it - like a yoga class (her fitting analogy). Resilience is what winners must develop (over the years) to keep them moving in the direction of their dreams. I think it will be my word of the year for 2019... Resilient. “I am becoming more Resilient every day.” ❤️💪🏼🍀

Great explanation
I will need to replay this one over a number of times, there is so much in it. I only hope I can absorb it and put it to good use.

Resilience- personal strength training!
I thought this was a great meditation! It reminds us that we get through the tough times we face in life and come out stronger! We are in charge, not our thoughts, emotions, discomfort- every person can battle their own and we can win every time! We are stronger than we know, resilience throughout life is proof of that. *We have all survived 100% of our worst days. *Instead of saying “why me?” when life gets tough, say “try me!” *We have know idea how strong we are, until being strong is the only choice we have! 💪Sending positive vibes to all!

Good morning, everyone!
This is short and sweet. Thoughts pass by like clouds. We are the sky. Don’t have to hold on to them. We don’t have to struggle. We can just let them go. Have a beautiful day! ☁️ ☀️ 🌸

Thoughts are like clouds. Being the observer in presence of what is happening is what may be happening is the true essence of resilience. If I can master this track while the clouds are grey and stormy, that would be a true feat.

What a powerful meditation! To be resilient means to simply be unchanged, to be a neutral observer with everything happening around us. Thoughts do not have any power unless I give them attention. Therefore, I will allow thoughts to be like clouds, floating across my mind without giving them attention. In this manner, I can learn to be resilient during times of adversity realizing that this too shall pass. Namaste! 🙏🏻❤️😊

Excellent
Such an excellent reminder to step back. So powerful of a message, especially in the face of difficulties. I should probably listen to this about 5 times a day!! :)

Focusing...
Resilience - to hold fast to what you Want (or believe) even in times of difficulty. To me that means not allowing whatever could distract you to hang around. Stay focused on what you Want and let the rest just pass on by... after all ... “Where Focus does, Energy Flows!” ❤️ ☮️ 🍀

Exactly what I needed after another frustrating day at work. My circumstances are not my identity—I don’t need to absorb them. I just need to deal with them.

Letting things pass
Let the thoughts pass above me like clouds. Don’t attach emotions. If you do then they will have power. Let them pass and be the clear sky above.

That I can handle whatever comes to me. I need to let things go

I feel relax and less burden
To relief stress when not being in work. Don’t think too much, and pressure is actually imposed by yourself. Learn to put the nerve down and relax.

Let go
It’s important to let go to be stronger... What do you let go of today?

Control
I learned that I have control of my mind and body, and if I am ever feeling stressed or anxious, I can look for the positive in things, and remember that there are better things to come.

Resilience
I’ve never focused on defining this word in my own world. Detaching my mind from my body realistically. I had zero expectations going into this, and even almost chose a new meditation, but wow.

I
I learned that my body is genuinely a vessel for my mind. I learned that thoughts are powerless without attention.

Nothing I perceive has power over me. That is true resilience. This will stay with me throughout the day. May it settle in my bones for life.

I’ve had a lot on my mind these last few days
I learned that if you have had tons of on your mind you can color or meditate or work out or watch a comedy do puzzles and relax and listen to calm sounds like rain and sea sounds or read books watch a movie or make your favorite healthy snack I learned that every time I have to think about negative I would meditate or work out and pray and I’ve noticed that every time I did those things that all the negative things would go away and something positive would come to life like I like Nicolas sparks books right now I’m reading a book called Finding Deep & Wide my Jesus Always book & I pray at lunch breakfast dinner during the day and at night to relax myself

First meditation
I can actually detach from others perception of me but at the same time notice it at a higher level that I can react to as I deem fit but not cause negative emotions in me that cause me to be reactive

Resilience
I learned about the knower in me. My knower is neutral. Uninvolved. Unbiased. Unaffected. As life goes on and thoughts come and go my knower does not allow itself to be swept away by any of it. Because it is "it". Not me. Not who I am. Yes, that is true resilience.

It’s not personal
I learned that I don’t should take things too personally. Things I should deal with at work are not my fault nor do they need to be finished now
C

Unsure how to sit but did my best to breathe and not hold on to thoughts
This needs to be a start for a permanent routine I’m currently overthinking my relationship and what will become of it now that I am separated, I need to focus on the day and remember the elephant and the rider.

Day 1
Pretty standard mindful meditation. But, good reminder to not attach to toughest, especially those which might trigger emotion. Gently let them pass like clouds. Let it go.
