I have a difficult time being hypnotized. It sure how I’m supposed to feel. I find it hard to let go I think.
When I listened the first time, I consciously heard just the beginning and the next thing I knew, it was over and I was awake. This time, I heard much more before I fell asleep and found myself crying at times. Maybe a release?
