What are great and relaxing visualization
Letting myself feel some painful feelings again and releasing the them in the form of a dark cloud was so helpful. If you’re reading this and you think meditation isn’t working. Don’t give up. It does take time. Keep trying. Try different leaders or topics.

Lovely narrative, but way too much of it, and no pauses to allow me to experience what is being encouraged, so actually had left me less relaxed, not more. The same words over 30 minutes would have been perfect. Sorry. X
