What are great and relaxing visualization
Letting myself feel some painful feelings again and releasing the them in the form of a dark cloud was so helpful. If you’re reading this and you think meditation isn’t working. Don’t give up. It does take time. Keep trying. Try different leaders or topics.

It was difficult to stay in the present moment with so many thoughts running through my mind and sounds I heard outside. It’s gonna take some more practice, but I feel a little more relaxed and ready for my day!
