Releasing Sorrow
This is a meditation that has brought me much peace. I feel great sorrow from the loss of my mother and relationship with my father. This helps me remember it is in the past and can not be changed. I must release my sorrow. I will practice this. Thank you.

I noticed that I can say sorrow isn’t helpful to me right now or excessive sorrrow because I don’t want to feel this sad forever everyday gets better
I can try to release sorrow like a grey cloud. I don’t have to choose suffering at least not today. I wish I could release the heaviness in my gut.
