Blaming self or others will only keep you stuck. Let go of what happened in the past and move forward in life to live. Get unstuck.

Let go
Take a moment to breathe in & exhale. While doing this, think about all those things that hold you back; impede your growth, and when exhaling, let all of it go. It's not an easy task, but we need to let go of those things that no longer serves. This is our time to take back what's rightfully ours: our existence. Keep on nurturing yourself, like a plant, you will bloom.

Releasing...
Partaking in an inner silence practice called Antar Mouna for the past month, I’ve been unlocking deep seeded thoughts and emotions in my subconscious mind. Because of this, I have felt a heaviness and tightness in my heart and throat while I partake in Antar Mouna. Being a witness to these thoughts and emotions, I have tried my best to not be affected but rather, allow these thoughts and emotions to be. In regards to the emotions, I become intimate as I breathe into them. It’s not an easy task, but a necessary one. Listening to this meditation, I began to releasing blame and any other negative pent up emotions on my exhale. Visualizing these emotions leave my body in the form of dark smoke, the heaviness and tightness I felt in my heart and throat began to loosen. Releasing these emotions that were ready to be let go of, I breathed more easily. While focusing on my breath, I am reminded of this present moment I find myself in. This beautiful moment where my life begins again, living free of any emotional baggage that can weigh me down. Living free of this baggage, I forgive. Living free of this baggage, I heal. Thank you, Nitima! Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️

Black Cloud of Blame
I liked imaging blame as a black cloud and watching it go away. Also that what we resist, persists so it is best to deal with emotions straight on.

Blame
A lot of the tightness in my chest went away after this exercise. I imagined climbing up stairs with the sun behind the rainy clouds and eventually the sun shines through
