Release
It is important to release energy spent on unhelpful thoughts, because our bodies and minds are connected.

Letting Go...
to be honest, i've never been good at letting go.. perhaps this practice is another reason to work on it again and again.

letting go
i loved that this meditation gave three different methods of practising letting go. this enabled me to choose which practice i liked more, allowing for more freedom and choice in my life :)

Backwards…
I loved the idea of including hand movements. But it felt completely backwards! The most natural for me is no close the fist when receiving (hold on to something) and open my hands (as if I am releasing a bird) when letting go. So this opposite guidance kind of disturbed my session. When I do it on my own, I will do it my way and hopefully I can keep my focus then.

Release & Let Go
Meditating with my inward breath, inhaling all the goodness. Exhaling that which no longer serves me. Then, doing so with my hands open to welcome these positive thoughts and fresh air. Followed by closed palms and my exhale to feel a release of all else. Great technique. It worked well for me. The background music and your voice was perfect. It all came together. I am grateful for starting my day with this meditation. 🙏🏼
