In this episode, bad news is delivered by the Nechung Monasteries courier, Yonten. He brings news from Reting Rinpoche from the Potala Palace. Historic figures featured in this episode: Reting Rinpoche (1911-1947): Born Jamphel Yeshe Gyaltsen. Served as regent of Tibet from 1934 to 1941. Led the search for the 14th Dalai Lama. Later imprisoned due to conflicts and died in custody.
