Experience the transformative power of Nadi Shodhana, or Alternate Nostril Breathing, a profound breathwork practice that balances and purifies your body’s energy channels. Find a calm, airy space and sit comfortably with your spine straight. Using Vishnu Mudra, gently close your right nostril with your thumb and exhale through your left. Inhale slowly and deeply through the left nostril, then switch. Continue this rhythm for three cycles on each side, maintaining smooth, controlled breaths.
