This past year has brought uncertainty and worry to most of us, but we can release that worry through meditation. Many times we can use the psalms as guides for prayer and meditation, especially when we are feeling afraid or lost. Today I will be reading Psalm 27, using the New International Version of the Bible, and then praying a prayer from Dolores Smyth.

Putting this beautiful psalm to music and with a calm voice was perfect. Bless you and thank you
