I wake up with panic attacks I’m constantly scared and depressed about who I am, i lost someone I care about and I can’t get them back, but these little videos of relaxation is what I look forward to, it makes it much better

I’m using the free version of Aura, so my meditations are only 3 minutes long, but as short as these sessions are, they feel even shorter. Three minutes seems more like thirty seconds! I feel like I could go for a lot longer without noticing the time going by, just being peaceful and relaxed.😌

I didn’t really care for the person leading the meditation.. made me feel uneasy, not sure why. I felt the energy of her voice and her being and I felt like I was being suffocated. Interesting, I hope that the person is in a better place meow.

Being in the present moment is the only thing that helps my stress and anxiety. Remembering I am not in control of my future and I have to let go of my past is something that is difficult for me, but is getting easier and clearing my mind of toxic thoughts.

It's okay not to connect with every mediation or person
I agreed with everything in the mediation. I struggled to connect with the voice guiding the mediation. I found it distracting. But that's ok. I don't have connect with every voice , every time or even every mediation.

It was really interesting, but felt very good and relaxing! I just concentrated on breathing and it really helped with getting rid of all these thoughts I had in my mind.

Focusing on the breath
This meditation was very helpful on continuing to focus on the breath. Anytime my mind would start wandering I would repeat breathe in and breathe out. It would bring my attention back to the breath.

Presenting...
This is an easy & effective way to stay in the Now. By totaling focusing on ... “I am Breathing in”... on inhaling... “I am Breathing out”... on exhaling... I was easily able to stay in the ‘Present’ - which is really a ‘Gift’ from the Now! (Pun totally intended- Get it?! - read it again & Think about it) ❤️😏🍀

Focusing on breath eliminated my urge to correct or perfect my mindfulness. I became naturally aware and at peace.

The breathing exercise was good. The speaker reminded me how important it is to be conscious of my breath. I’m thankful for the breath that God has given me and I don’t take it for granted. I will take time each day to be more in tune with my breathing.
