Kindness is powerful
Beautiful session to become more at ease with others, events, and yourself. I love how, in the session, the analogy of a mother putting her oxygen mask on first before her kids is important. Same way we must take care of ourselves first, so we can help others more. Great session to learn, find peace, and become kind.
