Very informative and educational. I learned that I cannot control what thoughts come into my Conciousness but I can choose whether or not to follow it.

Positivity within meditation
I have found it a lot easier to fall asleep after listening to this. It helped me relax and calm down.
This session does an exceptional job defining what meditation is and how to best go about doing it. Would have been great to hear as a beginner and was reassuring to hear as a novice. Maybe someday I will grow up to become an expert!
Really liked the idea she mentions that ‘Thoughts have no power until we Choose to pay attention to them.’ We cannot stop a negative thought from coming in but simply choose to allow it to pass through and leave ... similar to the putting it on a leaf floating downstream technique.

This is a very powerful meditation! We all have thoughts that enter our mind. Learning that we have control over those thoughts is empowering. Thoughts are just that...thoughts. We are not defined by our thoughts. By training our mind, we can learn to embrace only positive thoughts and let go of any negative thoughts. The more we practice this, the less negative thoughts will enter our mind. Embrace Positivity! Have a wonderful day! ❤️🙏🏻😊
Great for an over analyzer like myself
This is a great meditation to remind me to let thoughts come and go and this helps me to practice equanimity. I over think and obsess over some thoughts over and over when they enter my mind and this mediation is a great reminder that I have the power to let them go. ❤️
Negative thoughts are bound to occur and the outcome relies on the way I process the thoughts. I like how she mentioned that we are merely observers, acknowledging our thoughts. We have the power to choose to let the thoughts in or not. I feel better than before
We control what we believe. We only comes across what is thought, not believe it on the spot. We control what we think and accept.
You can let a thought enter but you don’t have to follow it.
Just be positive and don’t think bad everyone loves you that’s a true and positive though
