Happy New Year! In this wonderful meditation, Nitima begins planting seeds of positive affirmations into our consciousness so we can be on our way to becoming the best version of ourselves. Having these positive affirmations being planted in my consciousness, my being is filled with this incredible light! In this New Year, I trust that the Universe will present me with the right things at the right time. Therefore, I will be patient. In this New Year, I am open to receiving. Therefore, I will be trusting. Each new day of this New Year, I will work on Becoming the Best version of myself! Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️

I Am accepting this New Year as a wonderful gift from our Creator. Thank you Nitima for the powerful mind suggestions & affirmations!! Accepting all good things as gifts for our continued growth this year and eliminating or removing any negative that tries to creep in are something I am always working on. But removing any expectations & accepting myself as I am is an interesting idea. I tend to set very high expectations and sometimes feel like I am not getting there fast enough. So I am adding this to my affirmations list and am excited for what the year brings in 2020 - the Year of Perfect Vision! Namaste, ❤️🥳🍀
