When we can make our investigation of the body fun and genuinely interesting we are more likely to engage the body and to learn from it. I hope you have fun with this meditation. One important tip: when allowing the "water awareness" to flow, be careful not to stop it at the edges of the "conventional body." Imagine it can flow out *through* the hands, out *through* the feet, etc. Work gently, and be careful not to force awareness or try to make something happen. What I'm learning is to focus my energy. The meditation on sound really gave me an amazing tool. What is sound but vibrations? With this meditation I was able to use the sound of her voice and allow it to vibrate through my entire body. It's the strangest and most miraculous feeling to be able to create such a connection. God day. Namaste 🙏🏾
