When we can make our investigation of the body fun and genuinely interesting we are more likely to engage the body and to learn from it. I hope you have fun with this meditation. One important tip: when allowing the "water awareness" to flow, be careful not to stop it at the edges of the "conventional body." Imagine it can flow out *through* the hands, out *through* the feet, etc. Work gently, and be careful not to force awareness or try to make something happen. Tap, tap, tap...is this thing on?
What I'm learning is to focus my energy. The meditation on sound really gave me an amazing tool. What is sound but vibrations? With this meditation I was able to use the sound of her voice and allow it to vibrate through my entire body. It's the strangest and most miraculous feeling to be able to create such a connection. God day. Namaste 🙏🏾

I was aware of all of my extremities but instead of the sensation being calming, it was like a nerve sensation spreading throughout my body. I would like to do this meditation again and focus on drawing my energy from a different place.

This meditation was exactly what I needed. Feeling pretty cruddy today. Head sinus chest cold. Just the thoughts and mental imagery of cool water cleansing my entire body, inside and out, gave me a boost. Picture it, believe it and Feel the intentions manifest themselves! Have a great day! ✌️

I guess I need to be patient
The problem for this one for me was it was so much dead air between speech and I kept worrying if the app has been frozen or quit. I think there should be less long pauses. It would make me feel more confident in what I’m doing

I learned to count my breathing up to 10 & then starting back over at 1. The first inhale from my nose up threw my lungs was 1 and the exhale was 2 & the next inhale 3 & the next exhale 4 & so ok until 10. Then just focusing on my breathing back to 1 & up to 10 and repeating. I found after the first few times of counting my breathing became some what more normal than being so much aware of it

I struggled to focus during today’s meditation. My thoughts wandered more than normal. Hopefully tomorrow I will be more centered.

Welcome to the world
My womb felt like the place of peace to me. The spring flowed from there and as I lower my chest below my belly, this eased the tension in my heart/chest. I desire to feel welcomed in this world. Often I feel unwelcome here. Put her back, I don’t want her here. This is hurtful. To counter this, I think it is important to offer acceptance to people. Smile and greet. Offer life to others, birthing life (acceptance/welcoming) over heartfelt desire (want/need/drive).

The anxiety that I usually develop from being stressed is located around my head and neck. I felt it washing away from my core as I listened to this today. It felt like taking a shower and washing the dirt off my body and then feeling it flowing into the drain.

I felt kind of cut in half; first feeling the flow in my top half and then to my bottom half. I wasn’t able to get into the spirit of this meditation too much. 🌺

Washing away the day
Water has such powerful,cleansing and healing properties. This meditation was perfect at the end of the day. I wish it was longer!
