Priya’s meditations are always soothing, aided by her soft, sweet voice. This meditation calmed and grounded me. This is a short meditation, perfect for a quick burst of calm and focus, like a cup of tea.
I liked the prompt to be at peace with myself. This is too short so I’m writing more.
I liked the fact she had You repeating certain
Phrases…. Then repeated them again “Out-loud”, this part really stuck with me.
Imagining what I would be like if I were at peace. Happy. Serene. No anxieties or worries about the past or future, just the now.

I started this meditation after I was feeling “provoked” by another person. I came to realise that you can find your own peace within despite what others do or say to you. It’s about remaining calm and peaceful within. That’s the challenge. Thankyou for this wonderful guidance 🙏🙏🙏
I’m just anxious today
When I’m anxious, a longer meditation is better. It takes me a few minutes to relax into it. Grateful for Aura.
Anxiety rules my life
Anxiety is the killer of all things that are good in my life. I find that when I have a longer meditation practice I am able to fully commit to what I am trying to conquer.
