A pandemic calls for social isolation but does not include emotional isolation. During these uncertain times allow these words to help open your heart.

Reach out
In these trying, this is exactly what we need. Even though we have to keep a fair social distance to avoid contagion, we dont have to maintain emotional distance, so look within yourself what is it that you need, not materialistic speaking, but rather the things that make your life full.

Pandemic
Stop and refocus on myself and my inner tightest circle. Don’t focus on acquiring new people or things. Focus and appreciate what I have. But also, as always, remember to breathe.

Pandemic
Very effective and applicable, unlike meditations about getting rid of business. It's interesting to remember that I do have people, the ones I'm quarantining with. My dad, my mom, my brother, my 11-year-old sister, my 9-year-old sister, my 7-year-old sister.

Isolation
This was introspective. My self care practice has been dwindling these days but I think it is because I am on 70 acres by myself... I’m isolated in every sense of the word. But, this reminded me to be still and tap into the collective in order to connect energetically and emotionally. Thank you

Reach out your heart
Such a beautiful sentiment in the poem said in this: to not reach out our hands but reach out our hearts. The truth and emotions put so eloquently made my heart feel lighter listening to this. I feel that the words said should be repeated in the daily government news briefings for all to hear! But as that won’t happen, I have favourited the track so that I can at least listen to it daily for the words to penetrate deeply and remind me of our interconnectedness and to continue to reach out with my heart to all in the universe. 🙏💗

Pandemic
I learned that despite the need to maintain physical distance because of Covid-19, we should all be aware that the fear and anxiety we have felt during the pandemic interconnects all of us. As a result, we should exhibit compassion and empathy towards others. Physical isolation cannot and should not prevent us from sharing these emotions. As a human race, we share universal sorrows and joys. Once we realize that the capacity and the need for compassion affects every single person, we will come to realize but no one is going through this alone. Hang in there. Things are getting better. We will all get through this

Reach Out Your Heart
During all times, but especially difficult times, it is imperative that we realize what is important. Rather than wishing things were different, let us seek out the wisdom in each moment. For we are all interconnected for better, for worse, in sickness and health. Knowing this, may we reach out our heart in each moment. Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️
