I’m learning to let go of the things that stress me out
I’m learning to let go of things that stress me out and meditate and relax more often because I feel much better at the end of the day I feel happy and relaxed I feel relieved and I feel like a weight has been lifted and I’m seriously liking fact that I get to relax and just shut my eyes for a bit and just relax and be calm and be at peace and quiet and just feel like a peaceful peaceful river
