Because it is so common to get distracted when we start a mindfulness practice, it can be beneficial to use a way to note & count the breath as a stabilizing support. See if this practice invites more ease to your body and mind.

Wandering off
I think wandering off is more like astral clairvoyance than it is to wander pointlessly. Because when you meditate you raise the energy levels in your spiritual batteryโ€™s. So the mind begins to clairvoyant.

Can't Focus
As hard as I tried to be calm and at one with my breathing, I feel my anxiety is taking over. I almost felt like I couldn't breathe at times and my thoughts seem to consume me.

Sequence your spiritual and physical brains.
Once youโ€™ve completed comfortable counting of 340 to 600 breaths. Try to find a comfort zone in a dark and quiet environment.then hold your breath after roughly 532 breaths if you can get all the way up there. And think of a place that you actually seen before or think about a person you want to reach out to. And you.shall go there. As a astral clarification thought which will manifest it self to the person your thinking about as a thought. And the person might actually think it then think about you. If itโ€™s a person your thinking about. Or you might go to a place by leaving you pineal gland that is basically an eye looking up from the center of your brain.

Counting breath
This really worked well for me today. Not distracted as much. Only problem was her voice was so quiet I had difficulty hearing her even with my volume way up.

Counting
I like the idea of counting because it forces you to take that time for breathe. I would definitely use this technique when Iโ€™m feeling anxious.
