Our neck muscles do a lot of hard work for us and as a result, can become quite tense. Tension in our necks can also lead to headaches, neck, shoulder, and upper back pain as well as jaw dysfunction. Today, I will walk you through two self-release techniques that you can take with you wherever you go.
