Today, I am going to guide you through a lovely passive neck release practice. You will want to have a yoga block or something similar to rest your head-on. If you don’t have a yoga block, maybe use a book or a box that is about 4 inches high. You want something sturdy for this exercise rather than something soft like a pillow.
