Hayley Zammit guides you through a nada yoga (deep listening) meditation. It starts with being present with the breath and then moves into the listening part where you will be listening to the sounds around you. You will be directing your hearing into specific locations and listening to the sounds. Near the end, you will be invited to listen beyond what the physical ears can hear and start listening through your subtle sense of inner hearing (clairaudience).

Trauma released
Felt a ton of pain and trauma I was holding in my body. Feel embodied and light or clear headed. Still feeling some body aches, but more so just need to move and stretch.
