I didn't realize how much tension I had in my back until I listened to this meditation. I feel a little more relaxed after envisioning a warm light spreading throughout my body. But my back is still tight, might need a massage. However, I do feel a little more calm and energized. Thanks Jiva 🙏

Great way to start the day, I feel recharged. I woke up feeling kind of sluggish bc I had a long day yesterday and then feel asleep last night around 1pm. Again, I woke up with all this tension in my neck and upper back so any meditation that offers at least a little relief is helpful. The warm light effect helped up my energy level a little. Thanks Nitima 🙏

It was a great meditation for me, because I have to study all morning and then I am going out in the afternoon and it was amazing to clean all the anxiety. Now I'll be able to concentrare on whatever peacefully and calmly.

I liked this meditation I imagined the light was the Spirit of my God giving me power for the day to come. I have to say, it was all good until she said “and let this light flow to your buttocks” but, I suppose I need a kick in the butt from the Spirit, so eh!

Good wake-up
I need this every morning. I am not a morning person. It is always hard for me to get out of bed. No specific reason is needed. Just that staying in bed seems more attractive than getting up, whether I have something specific to do or not. If I don’t have to do anything, I feel “why bother?” If I have to do something, I resent the imposition. I don’t know why I am so angry all the time. There is no reasonable reason for it.

It’s been so cold out I haven’t had the want to stay outside for long but this meditation makes me realize the importance of spending time outside and feel the sun and feeling the nature. Get up everyday and realize it’s a new and that’s pretty cool that we get a new chance everyday.

A very great morning
I noticed that my face was more relaxed at the end. I didn’t realize I was frowning and tensing up my forehead and clenching my jaw. I woke up feeling a bit tired, but good overall. The holidays are always busy and this meditation helped ease me into my day on a positive note.

I imagined myself basking in the warmth of the sunlight . . . I have a vivid imagination because in reality it’s 12 degrees (-11.1 C). It felt wonderful and this quick little meditation was everything the title promised when suddenly the random thought of what we were going to eat for Christmas breakfast popped into my mind, clouding out the warmth of the imagined sunlight. 🤪 I will try this one again later; I think it might be a great way to begin a day. ☀️💐☀️

I learned that it is important to start our mornings off with peace and happiness. This was a great meditation to start my day off going into the day being a bright light, this was a great reminder to be the light we wish to see in the world. This really helps me because this morning I was struggling, I had stayed up late last night so I was very tired this morning but after doing this meditation I feel relaxed and refreshed. I like how it reminded us to let go of any stress or worries that we had from the previous day that is so important for us not to hold on to anything from the previous days and start fresh and new it’s a new day. Make today a great day and every day a great day! I need to do this meditation every morning 🤗🌞

What a great morning session! I felt/saw this yellowish orange ball glowing in my heart area. A few breaths later & it was expanding in my chest with its rays shining thru my entire body... another breath and I am the Glowing ball shining out for the world to see. Then a couple more breaths and I am in the air looking down at all the other shining orbs over the land... how cool! I thought “must be a lot of people doing their meditations this morning ” and I immediately was back in my room in my energized body. ❤️☀️🍀

In this beautiful meditation, Nitima has us visualize a warm bright yellow light spreading from our heart chakra and into every part of our body, refreshing us in its presence. This was such a welcoming meditation to listen to after a shortened night of sleep. Because of this shortened night of sleep, my morning has felt a little bit off. However, after listening to this fantastic meditation, I am shining, light and bright, feeling refreshed and so grateful to be alive! Enlightening...
I peak over the edge of the dark night to catch a glimpse of the sunrise. My crown was so warmed by the sun that I had to have more. Rising over the edge of night, I could feel the light warming my cheeks, then chin and neck as my whole head was exposed to the morning light .... ahhh... it was so enjoyable. As I arose to full height to greet the morning, my whole body was rewarded with this warm yellow glowing energy that instantly warmed me, then it permeated into me and was using me to shine outward toward the night... I could see others peaking over the edge of night, so I stood tall and shined as bright as I could to give them warmth and to silently encourage as many as possible to come out of the night and enjoy the day. As more and more did come out and join us, we all shined so brightly together that the dark of night was driven away to another day. And that is all I have to say. 🌚🌒🌓🌔🌕🌖🌗🌘🌑

This is a nice meditation as it makes sense in the midst of uncertainty. There is nothing else I should be doing and nobody else I should be right now, because all the moments and previous versions of myself brought me into this situation and to the person that I am currently. I learned that art and silence is an antidote to many things. In the uncertainty of the world pandemic it was during my travels both within Stockholm and outside that I found the happiest people in museums and libraries, in art galleries and along vast bodies of nature. It can be easy to fake composure but one cannot be depressed in a museum or an art gallery. For God resides here, people are miserable because they refuse to meet something larger than they are, to find a pleasure beyond their physical sensations. Everyone at MoMa is happy? This is no coincidence they are faced too suddenly with the pleasure of immortality. That we are fragments amidst a shore. That we are as much a virus 🦠 as the pandemic to ourselves and each other. There is pleasure here because no one really speaks, sure they mumble here and there but mostly they listen.

Wonderful, relaxing sleep in till 10. Kit sleeping next to me and Darby in other bedroom to sleep so I was more relaxed in sleep. Molly- woke and first came into lay with me. Then back to her bed. Then off the rails. PMS I think. Sara left yesterday morning and we had a family drive to Mantio to wander around I am go to the aquarium, but there were no tickets for the aquarium. It was cold and windy. Elle and Eva we’re grumpy. Darby that very grumpy because he was tired hungry. I was managing everyone and trying to keep a calm. He dropped Ellie and Eva at the outlet mall mommy and me eat at Miller’s inside. It was spaced well, but Ellie and Eva found out we were inside and was very upset. The drive home was tense and the girls kept their masks on in the car. A silent protest. Mollys very focused on her schedule. We will do one schedule a day in the morning for that day. Including lunch food and how much. We did the schedule this morning Molly was very upset. One impulsive and hard hit to my head. We finished the schedule and are doing the morning routine or going back upstairs make eggs and pancakes. The shower seems to be calming her. I added 2 NAC, Amatilla and 2 LTheanene 200 to increase calm. Did morning wake up meditation. Nice. Like the warm sun filling my body

I remember that Lynn Motley was one of the first persons to present this idea: “I am alive”. A miraculous state that is easy to take for granted. This morning is overcast and there’s a breeze is blowing the many many leaves of spring time around on the trees. Our backyard is very very green and just a sea of urgent life. It’s a good thing to notice as often as possible.

I’m who controls my well-being. Staying calm even when circumstances may be difficult, I have tools to calm myself, focus on what I need to get done for that event. I learned that my fear of my multiple sclerosis is driving my inability to see each day clearly at the age of 57 and this meditation outside on my steps with the sun blindly central extraordinary shining on my face through every second of this gift for my day. Grateful and renewed today I always had no ability to relax without thoughts to try meditation and this is the first first ever time I had enjoyed the benefits of such I used to see my dear friends David and roger when they stayed with my family for multiple years of Christmas meditate thinking I didn’t understand and they were a touch wacky I learned this morning I know I in time through clearing my clutter of divorce after a being with my wonderful husband after 36 years acceptance and hope to be authentic Ally Pally for the first time since I was a child I think that the sun shining so strongly on me trying to struggle to be in the moment of meditation I just experienced for the first time has given me strength and joy to see a wonderful life ahead with my adopted little pups darcey and teddy for my company I enjoyed the pace and the voice very much soothing and kind

amazing! it was the perfect meditation dor today. I woke feeling very high anxiety levels I feel wonderful right now. I need to listen to this again NOW this track will definitely help with my anxiety! Just had a call that is giving me high anxiety so I am going to listen to this again and try to start my day over. I am grateful for his meditation 💁‍♀️❤️💋💋💋💋💋💋💋

I found this too rushed, too many commands for such a short meditation. Nout enough time to feel and experience. I prefer slower pace meditations.
