Be still and focus on being present today. Start with a walk to the lake even if it’s raining. A little rain feels good. Catch up on the news and create a nice space in front room. Focus on working on myself to be a good leader at work as I begin to go back after my sickness. Be authentic
Something about her voice
I found a sense of joy with her tone of voice. I tried to breathe out of my mouth the whole time but it felt right to close it with my hands on my heart
