Receptive Heart
Sitting in an upright position, I brought awareness to my breath as my hands blanketed my heart center. As I visualized my breath flowing in and out of my heart, I felt a sense of expansiveness begin to occur. Each breath in, each breath out, appreciation grew in my heart. Each breath in, each breath out, peace grew in my heart. Each breath in, each breath out, love grew in my heart. As I go about my day, my receptive heart will lead me to treat all beings with kindness and compassion.
