Change
I can’t change how other people behave. Only how I react to them. This track was eye-opening. Thank you!

Reduce anger
This didn't help me at all. Didn't like the voice. Didn't sound sincere.

Peace
Today, I choose peace. When I find my mind ruminating with thoughts that fill my spirit with anger, I will use the tools I have learned in this session to be able to release that powerful emotion. Tools -Acknowledge out loud when I am feeling anger. -Then take 5 or maybe more deep breaths to bring myself back to a state of calm -I will also ask myself “If I were to die tomorrow, is this really what I want to be spending my energy on?” -Practice active gratitude- Starting the day with naming 3 things I am grateful for. I cannot control how others behave or their actions. I only have control over how I respond. And, in this way I take back my power.
