Today is a new day. Yesterday is gone. Tomorrow is not here. The only moment we truly have is the present moment. Christina takes you through a series of rhythmic breathing exercises to help you begin your day feeling energized and full of joy. A space between the next set of breathing exercises to let the healing frequency music to settle into my mind and being would be nice is my recommendation for this session. Setting 3 intentions for this new day became very clear to me. I will let go of any energy that is not longer serving me. I will remember to focus on my breath during any stressful moments. I will show up with an open mind and heart. May my day flow with peace and ease. Feeling lighter and energized, I am now ready to begin my day.
