I’m suffering from some physical issues which make it painful to walk—all my life before two years ago I’d used walking and other kinds of exercise meditatively as well as in order to rise above any doldrums I was in. My doctor recommended using a stationary bike (my husband had gotten me an under-the-table one) and starting out in tiny increments. Well, after months of resistance I just started doing this while listening to the “uplift” mix. I can’t believe I waited so long—my body’s remembering, oh yeah, right, this feels good.
