We all have choices in our lives. We make choices from what we wear, what we eat, what we say or do not say to what we think. In this wonderful meditation, Nitima gives us positive affirmations to repeat. Repeating these affirmations, I opened the door to my mind to accept what is and Choose to see the good in everything and everyone. Choosing...
In the final analysis, all we have in life is the lawful consequences of our Choices. Most of our choices are limited and made by our subconscious programming we received as children (0-6 years old). But we can override this programming by repeating affirmations that will change our Beliefs. Nitima does a great job helping us get some new beliefs on our radar. We just need to repeat them until they become ours and the good results will naturally follow. Thanks Nitima in helping to reprogram myself for more Beneficial thinking!! ❤️🙏🏼🍀
